Gitane DG-250M Gypsy Jazz Guitar
A recreation of a vintage Selmer design, the DG-250M Gypsy Jazz Guitar from Gitane has a solid spruce top with small oval sound hole. It’s the oval sound hole that provides that bell-bright attack and distinctive gypsy jazz sound.
Features of this guitar include Birdseye maple back, sides and neck. As well as producing a stunning looking instrument, it also provides a warm, responsive tone. The premium ebony fingerboard gives extra durability and striking good looks.
Further details include a natural high gloss finish that highlights the beauty of the Birdseye maple. As well as a traditional brass tailpiece and ebony compensated moustache bridge – perfect for the Django Reinhardt enthusiast.
All in all, this gypsy jazz is a professional guitar, made in the vintage 1940’s style.
