Blueridge BG-2500 Guitar

The Super Jumbo was developed by Gibson back in the late 30’s,  at that time, it was the biggest guitar ever made and arguably still is.

The Blueridge BG-2500 Jumbo is based on SJ-200’s from the fifties with a solid flamed Maple body and solid Spruce top.

The Super Jumbo guitar has been popular with a mix of performers including Emmylou Harris, Bob Dylan, George Harrison, Jimmy Page, Reverend Gary Davis, Neil Young , even Elvis Presley. It proved to be not only a great rythm guitar but a versatile guitar for many songwriters.
