The Blueridge Brand is the flagship brand for Saga Music California.

Saga Music are one of the largest offshore stringed instrument makers in the US. Blueridge guitars were never made in the US but began life in Japan at a time when Japanese guitars were gaining attention for their high quality and low price. the guitar world was changing and Japan was driving that change.

The first Blueridges were impressive but it was not until Saga moved into China that they went to another level. They are all faithfully built to classic traditional specifications.

As the old adage goes, don’t try to re-invent the wheel and many musicians would agree that C F Martin and Gibson got it pretty right back at the begining of guitar design.
