The MDO305 octave mandolin is the most popular choice for many of our customers, it is just an upscaled version of the 305 mandolin having the same dark stain and satin finish.
The newest addition is the MDO303E. Eastman have recently acknowledged that many players need amplification for stage performance and so it just makes sense to offer one model with a K&K fitted. The K&K can work very well with no pre-amp, straight into a PA desk or amp designed for acoustic instruments.
