Classical

Spain is considered by most the birthplace of the guitar and is often referred to as Classical or Flamenco. Both have undergone many refinements since then but form has remained the same. Nylon strings and 12-fret Cypress or Spruce and Cedar the main materials used. Traditionally these guitars has wider necks but now there are more crossover instruments available with slimmer fingerboards and necks.
