This eye catching Samick HJ-650 Archtop is Korean made but trying to date it by the serial number is proving far harder to nail down.
It is in very good condition, although the gold plate on all the hardware has lost it’s sparkle. The front back and sides are all clean except one ding on the front. See photo.
The body and neck are maple and fingerboard is rosewood with nice block inlays. From other HJ-650’s we could find this one possibly is a 1992 model, there is a 92 in the serial number and the colour does match with others we have found.
No case but we are looking.
