Eastman MD505 Mandolin

The MD505 A-style mandolin comes in a distinctive Icelandic Brown finish and the solid spruce top is bound in Ivoroid. A high quality ebony bridge sits between the strings and the top and that bridge gives this mandolin it’s deep powerful tone. A-style mandolins are often underated but Eastman have a done great job with the 505.

The solid flamed Maple back is a good indication of the quality of timber used in this mandolin and the machine heads hold tune exceptionally well with buttons that can be replaced.

Should any unfortunate accidents happen, at least you know that a new set will not be required.
