Alandres is a reliable and respected brand of Charango from Bolivia. These little instruments are the back bone of Bolivian folk music. Once you hear one it is instantly recognisable. With it’s “almost” uke tuning and a touch of mandolin thrown in, the nylon strings are very easy on the fingers and yet somehow produce impressive volume with very little effort.
