Altamira M01D Gypsy Jazz Guitar

This Grande Bouche Maccaferri Style guitar has a solid European spruce top, with rosewood back and sides. Additionally, a feature of this guitar is its gently arched top which is one of the secrets of Maccafferri’s design. TheM01D comes in a gloss finish and is also available in a left hand model. Altamira hard case included.

The Grande Bouche was sometimes preferred by rhythm when two guitars were being used in a Gypsy Jazz ensemble but Django Reinhardt was known to use both styles of guitar.
