Gretsch Chet Atkins Electric Guitar

Chet Aktins must have played a huge part in making Gretsch a country musicians favourite. Decades later Brian Setzer from the Stray Cats did it again with a Gretsch as have many other fans of the bell like tone that these guitars possess. They can have an edgy twangy or warm rich clarity that suited Chet’s melodic style down to a tee.

Either way they are always easy to spot in a crowd or a band.
