Guild USA D-40 Traditional Guitar. The D-40 traditional guitar range from Guild was originally made throughout the sixties and described as their Bluegrass model. Judging from their records, a sunburst model would have been a special order.
The sunburst on this instrument gives it a classic Guild appearance. The high gloss finish enhances this much more than a satin finish. Naturally right from the beginning, the Guild dreadnought sound is there and will keep on improving with age and playing.
The USA line is of course, made in the United States. The D-40 comes with plush lined case.
