Regal RC-1 Resonator Guitar. These steel body, single cone Regals resonators have a nice antique brushed steel finish, this means,no constant polishing chrome involved. This may be disappointing but at The Guitar Gallery this is a definate positive.
This guitar is also referred to as a Duolian which relates to the single cone format.
The single cone works really well with the steel body, we have found that they are probably louder than the brass equivalent. The harder steel seems to drive the cone even more. We also like the “chicken feet” design on the cover plate and the pretty headstock. The RC-1 is well worth a look and a play too.
