Reynolds Roundhole Mandolin

The Guitar Gallery are mandolin specialists and we have searched high and low for a very affordable mandolin that plays and tunes well enough for us to sell knowing the customer will not be back soon after discovering it’s hard to play and hard to tune.The Reynolds is the only mandolin (so far) to meet those requirements. After it arrives, we spend considerable time setting up the mandolin correctly. With mandolins in this price range these essential details are never attended to at the factory. The number of entry level mandolins that come into our shop needing this kind of attention confirms it.

The Reynolds mandolin is a roundhole model and this gives it much warmer tone than an F-hole model in the same price range. After a little work on the bench the Reynolds comes up well and we are happy to offer it as a first mandolin.
