The Kentucky KM-750 is without a doubt a fine Bluegrass mandolin. This mandolin design is now accepted as the Stradivari of the modern world, original Gibson Lloyd Loar models being so rare that they are almost priceless. Lloyd Loar worked for Gibson USA for only a short period but certainly made his mark as a pioneer of carved archtop design taking inspiration from the grand master violins of Cremona 300 years earlier.
