This mandolin will be quite a nice instrument with a little TLC but more importantly it is an historical object. Hard to date but it was certainly made at a time when not many instruments of this kind was being made in Australia. While probably not worth spending a large sum on a top professional repairman if you are handy with some wood glue and clamps it would be worth the effort.
